This week I was asked to lead a short breathing practice on the RE/MIND app. This is a new app with the aim of building a community, bringing the world together for one minuted every day to consciously breathe.
If you follow me on Instagram you will know I’m passionate about breathwork. Our breath is a powerful resource for drawing our attention inwards, focusing the mind, finding a moment of calm or even energising us. It’s also free and we can take it with us anytime, wherever we go.
